How does expert matching work?
Tell us what you want to learn and your work email, and we email you a link to refine the request with Bo. When you submit it for review, you save a card. Our team reviews your request, then it goes live and we identify physicians with the right specialty, experience, and availability. We present you with vetted candidates at the one all-in hourly price you agreed with Bo, and facilitate the introduction to the one you accept.
What types of engagements do you support?
The full range. A single expert call, a series of interviews, project-based consulting, an ongoing advisory relationship, or a permanent hire. Mozibox covers physician engagement end to end, clinical and non-clinical, W-2 or 1099, so you can start with one conversation and grow into a hire without switching partners.
How quickly can I connect with an expert?
We typically present qualified candidates within 24–48 hours. Timelines may vary by specialty and project scope.
How much does it cost?
Expert calls start at about $500 an hour all in, the physician's rate plus our 30% platform fee, depending on the physician's specialty and seniority. When you request one, Bo helps you agree one all-in hourly price for it, never below what pays those physicians fairly for their expertise. How do payments work?
Mozibox handles all payments. You save a card when you submit a request for review, and nothing is charged then. Your card is charged when you accept a physician, at the all-in hourly price you agreed, and refunded if the call doesn't happen. We take care of physician payouts, so there's no need to manage invoicing or contracts with individual consultants.
