What's in the name Mozibox?
We draw inspiration from the ancient philosopher Mozi (墨子), who championed practical knowledge that uplifts communities. Mozibox carries that spirit into 2025—pairing modern tooling with a mission-first mindset to empower physicians to shape the future of healthcare.
Where do the jobs come from?
Jobs on Mozibox come from multiple sources: direct listings from employers who post opportunities on our platform, aggregation from company career pages, and community contributions from physicians who share openings they discover. This multi-source approach ensures comprehensive coverage of opportunities across healthcare organizations, startups, consulting firms, and innovative healthcare companies.
Who can post to the Mozibox job board?
We welcome hiring managers, physician leaders, and recruiters with a direct line to the opportunity. Posts come through our Post a Job workflow and remain free—keeping the marketplace comprehensive and accessible.
Do you vet every job?
Every submission is reviewed before going live. Roles lacking key details or alignment with our physician audience are refined with the poster or declined. We also monitor community feedback to keep the board high-signal.
Data & Privacy
Are survey responses anonymous?
Yes. The salary survey is privacy-first from the ground up. We never collect personally identifiable information, and you do not need to log in to participate. Responses are de-identified before analysis and are never tied back to a name or email.
How is salary data verified?
We layer statistical outlier detection with human review to flag improbable entries. When numbers are high-impact (for example, shared in featured reports), our team double-checks context before publishing.
How do you handle my data?
We only collect the minimum personal information needed to provide our software services. Your data is never sold or shared with third parties. Our privacy-first approach means your information is used only to deliver the features you choose.
What happens with my resume data?
Your resume is stored securely and used only to power your Mozibox experience—such as parsing your work history, generating AI-powered insights, and tailoring recommendations to relevant opportunities. We do not share your resume with employers or recruiters without your explicit action. You can delete your resume at any time, and all associated data will be removed.
Referrals
How does the referral program work?
Share your personal referral link with colleagues to help them discover physician opportunities. When someone uses your link and requests an introduction to a job, we'll track that referral back to you. Find your unique referral link on the Referrals page.
What makes a referral valid?
A referral is valid when the candidate has not been previously referred by any other individual. Only the initial referrer qualifies for the referral benefit. Once a candidate is associated with a referrer, that relationship is locked in—even if someone else shares a link later.
What does not qualify for a referral?
Referrals do not qualify in these cases: (1) Sign-ups that are not ultimately hired, and (2) Referring a candidate who is already associated with a different referrer. The system tracks the first person to successfully refer each candidate.
Billing & Subscription
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Subscription and click "Cancel subscription" (or "Manage billing"). This opens the billing portal where you can cancel immediately. There are no cancellation fees, and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
How does the free trial work?
Sign up for Plus and get 7 days of full access, completely free. We require a credit card to start your trial, but you won't be charged until after the 7-day trial period ends. You can cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
What happens after I cancel?
After cancellation, you'll continue to have full access to your current plan until the end of your billing period. After that, your account will automatically switch to the Free plan. You can re-subscribe at any time.
