As we expand into pediatric collaborative care we are adding to our clinical team. 


Position Overview:


We are seeking a compassionate, dynamic, and dedicated psychiatrist with pediatric experience to provide psychiatric consultation to pediatric primary care providers within a collaborative care model. In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality psychiatric consultation to patients and providers within a digital health platform. Your work will be essential in providing accessible, timely, and effective mental health support to the children and families who need it most.

Key Responsibilities:


The primary responsibility for this provider would be to offer medication management consultation to pediatric primary care providers. As part of this role you may: 


Provide psychiatric evaluations and consultations for children and adolescents, focusing on a broad range of pediatric mental health issues. Collaborate with pediatricians, behavioral health care managers, and other healthcare professionals in a team-based, collaborative care model. Offer recommendations on behavioral interventions, psychopharmacology, and other treatment modalities to support overall pediatric care. Maintain accurate and thorough patient records in compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations. Participate in routine clinical team meetings with Triplemoon and our provider clients. Stay updated on the latest developments in pediatric psychiatry and digital health solutions.


Qualifications:


MD or DO with specialization in Psychiatry  Experience with Child and Adolescent Psychiatry At this time we are seeking individuals with licenses in TN, TX, VA. If you are not licensed in one of these states we welcome your application and will reach out when there is space available!  2+ years experience working with children and adolescents in a clinical or telehealth setting. Expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of pediatric psychiatric conditions. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote, interdisciplinary team environment. A passion for improving mental health care access for children and adolescents. Ability to quickly learn and utilize a variety of technologies and applications (e.g., various medical record systems, Asana, Google sheets, excel, and other platforms) Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to evolving priorities


Preferred Skills:


Experience with collaborative care models or integrated behavioral health care teams. Interest or experience in digital health innovations and telehealth services.
