This role sits at the intersection of strategy, enterprise transformation, and commercial success, requiring sophisticated relationship management, operational execution, and thought leadership. You will be responsible for expanding IKS' presence, driving purposeful growth, and improving patient and provider outcomes across the care continuum.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive transformation agendas in care delivery, operational efficiency, and technology adoption using evidence-based best practices.
Partner cross-functionally with internal product, delivery, analytics, and technology teams to ensure excellence in solution delivery.
Lead and scale strategic customer partnerships across a portfolio of health systems, provider groups, and healthcare enterprises.
Serve as the executive point of contact for C-suite stakeholders, aligning IKS solutions with clients' strategic goals.
Identify growth opportunities within accounts and oversee account planning, contract renewals, and expansion.
Key Skills Required:
Healthcare Industry Expertise: Demonstrated understanding of healthcare delivery systems, regulatory environments, reimbursement models, and provider operations to navigate and advise effectively within complex health ecosystems.
Strategic Relationship Management: Proven ability to engage, influence, and build long-term trust with healthcare executives (e.g., CEOs, CMOs, COOs) and align on transformation agendas.
Care Transformation Leadership: Experience leading initiatives in clinical optimization, value-based care, population health, or technology-enabled transformation, with measurable outcomes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Adept at working with diverse internal stakeholders—clinical teams, analytics, delivery, and tech—ensuring aligned execution and high client satisfaction.
Commercial Acumen and Growth Orientation: Ability to identify new opportunities within accounts, lead strategic planning and negotiations, and grow revenue while delivering client value.
Operational Execution and Change Management: Capable of designing and driving operational processes that enable successful implementation and long-term sustainability of transformation initiatives.
Executive Communication & Presence: Skilled at distilling complex challenges into actionable insights, presenting to boards and leadership teams, and guiding strategic decision-making.
Led strategic or operational functions in hospitals, IDNs, or physician groups with 15 - 20+ years of experience
Experience with cross-functional leadership, vendor collaboration, and enterprise transformation
MD, with MHA/ MBA, strongly preferred
Started in clinical practice; transitioned into operational leadership or transformation roles with 10 - 15+ years of experience
Experience in care transformation, quality improvement, population health, or value-based care programs
Dual clinical and business/healthcare management credentials required
Compensation and Benefits: The base salary range for this position is $175-$300k. Pay is based on several factors, including but not limited to current market conditions, location, education, work experience, certifications, etc. IKS Health offers a competitive benefits package, including healthcare, 401 (k), and paid time off (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements for full-time employees).
