We’re seeking a Supervising Physician (MD or DO) to support our growing team of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants across New Mexico. In this role, you’ll provide clinical oversight, chart review, and mentorship as required under New Mexico’s supervisory guidelines—supporting a team focused on thoughtful, relationship-driven geriatric care.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the designated Supervising Physician (SP) for New Mexico-licensed Nurse Practitioners
Complete timely chart reviews in accordance with New Mexico requirements
Maintain and update written supervision agreements
Be available for real-time consultation as required by scope of services
Participate in quarterly provider check-ins and quality improvement meetings
Guide providers working in dementia care, chronic disease management, and cognitive assessments
Contribute to clinical standards, mentorship, and risk reduction across our care model
You Are
A New Mexico-licensed MD or DO in good standing
Experienced in geriatrics, primary care, psychiatry, or neurology with a passion for senior care and cognitive decline
Familiar with New Mexico supervision laws (or open to onboarding/training with our support)
Tech-enabled and comfortable working within EMRs and virtual platforms
Motivated to contribute to a mission-driven, provider-supportive culture
Bonus Points If You
Have experience in memory care, behavioral health, or cognitive impairment management
Are licensed in multiple states (optional but helpful as we grow)
Are interested in taking on a small panel of patients alongside SP responsibilities

Job Type: Part-Time (1099 or W2 available)
