What You’ll Do

Research and create engaging 10-15-minute video presentations on individual Step 2 CK topics within your area of expertise (eg, OBGYN, pediatrics, internal medicine, family medicine, surgery, psychiatry, neurology, emergency medicine). Record narrated and annotated slide presentations using visuals such as images, diagrams, and any other learning tools you believe would enhance the student experience.

What We’re Looking For

MD or DO who has passed Step 2 CK. Residents and fellows are welcome to apply! Availability of 10+ hours/ week Strong command of Step 2 CK subject matter Ability to explain concepts clearly and concisely to a medical student audience Meticulous attention to detail Flexible, growth-oriented mindset and openness to feedback

How to Apply

Please use loom.com and Google slides to create a 10-20 minute, screen-recorded lecture using a case-based approach. It is not required to comprehensively teach a topic, we are more interested in understanding your teaching style. You can pick a topic you are most interested in teaching. The video content covered should directly pertinent and high yield for USMLE Step 2 CK. The video will not be published and is for internal review only.

The video should begin with a case and end with a case Didactic teaching formats are included in the middle of the video Use of annotations and engaging teaching is encouraged Use of high quality medical images is encouraged Slide formatting should be similar to the example video, but it does not have to be exactly the same (we will provide you with a video template if hired)
