Lavender is seeking a
non-clinical, Exclusive Collaborating Psychiatrist licensed in all 50 U.S. states. In this fully remote, flexible 1099 role, you will not provide direct patient care, but will support our team of Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners through collaborative oversight, chart reviews, and regulatory compliance.

fully remote, flexible contract role ideal for someone seeking non-clinical psychiatric work with meaningful impact in a fast-growing digital mental health practice.
The Opportunity
Serve exclusively as a Collaborating Physician for Lavender across all U.S. states
Sign required state-specific collaboration documents for onboarding Nurse Practitioners
Complete one quarterly chart review per NP (volume varies month to month)
Deliver at least one virtual continuing education session annually
Maintain compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements
Provide timely feedback and maintain documentation standards
What You Bring
MD or DO with Board Certification in Psychiatry
Active, unrestricted medical licenses in all 50 U.S. states (Lavender will cover licensure costs for additional states if needed)
Previous experience collaborating with NPs is strongly preferred
Strong understanding of regulatory standards across states
Tech-savvy and comfortable using digital tools for documentation and communication
Professionalism, responsiveness, and a commitment to high standards of care
