Role Summary
We are seeking a Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to serve as a strategic and empathetic connector between the CancerLinǪ oncologist community and our internal software and product teams. This individual contributor role is critical to ensuring that the voice, clinical needs, and insights of the oncology community are deeply embedded in product development and user experience. The CMO will champion community engagement, foster a culture of collaboration, and advocate for practical, patient-centered innovations. As a senior clinical leader, this individual will also represent the interests of oncologists across the broader ConcertAI product portfolio.

Community Engagement & Advocacy
Cultivate and grow the CancerLinǪ community of oncologists, fostering engagement, feedback, and shared learning Serve as a trusted liaison between practicing oncologists and the CancerLinǪ organization Organize and lead advisory boards, working groups, and clinician user forumsProduct Collaboration & Clinical Leader
Translate oncologists’ needs into actionable input for product development teams across CancerLinǪ and ConcertAI Provide subject matter expertise on oncology workflows, clinical decision- making, and real-world data
Cross-Functional Influence
Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and UX teams to optimize oncology-focused tools and features Represent the clinical perspective in internal strategy discussions and external stakeholder communicationsThought Leadership & External Representation
Serve as a public-facing leader, representing CancerLinǪ in external forums such as medical conferences, panels, and publications Advocate for the responsible use of real-world data and AI in oncologyRequirements
M.D. or D.O. with active or prior board certification in oncology (medical, surgical, or radiation) Minimum 10 years of clinical experience in oncology, with strong credibility among peers Deep understanding of oncology workflows and challenges across practice settings (community, academic,etc) Excellent communication skills and experience working cross-functionally in complex environments Passion for improving cancer care through data, technology, and collaborationLearn More About ConcertAI
