Veradermics Corporate Overview
Veradermics is a late clinical-stage aesthetics and dermatology focused biopharmaceutical company developing first-in-class therapeutics for common dermatologic conditions.
Fresh off a $75 million Series B financing, we are entering an exciting new chapter. This funding propels the development of our lead candidate, VDPHL01, a non-hormonal oral therapeutic for androgenetic alopecia (AGA) and patterned hair loss (PHL). We are currently in late-stage Phase 2 (L-2) development for this asset, with Phase 3 preparations underway as we work to deliver transformative solutions and redefine the standard of care in dermatology. In addition to VDPHL01, our pipeline is expanding to address widespread conditions like common warts and molluscum contagiosum. At Veradermics, we combine scientific rigor with a vision for impactful innovation to make a lasting difference in the lives of patients.
Why Work at Veradermics
Vice President of Medical Affairs | Position Overview
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Vice President of Medical Affairs (VPMA) to join our leadership team. Reporting to the CEO, the VPMA will serve as the medical launch leader for Veradermics’ first product and functional head of the Medical Affairs team. This leader will hold sole accountability for planning and executing the medical launch and associated medical communications strategy. This is a role for a builder—someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and brings deep expertise in medical communications, MSL team development, and cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate has experience building or scaling a medical affairs function, managing MSL teams, and playing a key role in preparing for launch in dermatology or aesthetics. They will serve as the internal subject matter expert (SME) on Medical Affairs and bring both strategic vision and “launch czar” urgency to ensure internal alignment and timely execution. This individual will shape and lead Veradermics’ integrated medical communications strategy, act as a cross-functional thought partner, and elevate the voice of the patient and provider to inform internal strategy.
