Urgent Care Supervising Physician - NP / PA Supervision (MD or DO)

Georgia Resident Required. Physicians with GA state licensure.

Remote position for supervision of Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants working in Urgent Care.

Primary Responsibilities:

Provide oversight of mid-level providers working independently at clinics within the region Monthly chart review Available by phone to answer questions (rarely and as needed). Medical Leadership team and regional supervisors receive first calls.


Key Requirements:

ABMS Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or MedPeds. Active state license for Georgia Remote Work – Work in the comfort of your own home and avoid the clinic setting. Competent with common PC applications including Internet, Email and Microsoft Office as well as comfortable with EMR applications. Ability to e-sign board paperwork when onboarding new NP or PA


Compensation:

Competitive pay which increases with each midlevel supervised. Will also allow supervision in multiple states currently active licenses.
