Gain exposure to departmental operations which may include projects and leadership involvement
Receive support and development from experienced executive leaders and preceptors through various rotations and experiences
Complete up to three 2-3 month enterprise rotations over the course of their residency
Learn, contribute, and lead within their chosen residency track
Seek project work while delegating project opportunity based on the strengths and interest of the resident and enterprise needs
Attend leadership meetings and various conferences
Maintain daily operations at an ASC facility or local office
Exposure to corporate-level and facility-level initiatives
Gain knowledge of health-system partnerships, health-plan partnerships, and support services within SCA Health
