Role Description
This is a contract remote role for a Clinical Development Physician (Director level). The Clinical Development Physician is a member of the study team and is responsible for ensuring that the clinical trial meets its objectives by safeguarding the safety of trial participants, ensuring adherence to the study protocol, closely monitoring quality and integrity of clinical trial data, and accounting for important shifts in the regulatory, scientific and competitive environment.
Qualifications
MD or equivalent Specialization or clinical trial experience in T2D and/or Obesity 8+ years experience in conducting or monitoring clinical trials (Phase II-III highly desirable) Creative problem-solving skills; start-up biotech experience highly desirable A thorough understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve problems related to patient safety and treatment effectiveness Strong communication and collaboration skills
