👨⚕️ Position Overview
We’re seeking Board-Certified Physicians to deliver acute care remotely via telehealth, in partnership with on-site paramedics.

🩺 What You’ll Do
✔️ Conduct remote assessments and manage acute conditions
✔️ Collaborate with paramedics providing hands-on care
✔️ Create personalized treatment plans and prevent readmissions
✔️ Communicate with care teams to ensure continuity
✔️ Document encounters and use multiple EMRs

⏰ Shifts & Schedule
🗓️ Minimum Availability: 4 shifts/month (including 1 weekend shift)
🕘 Shift Hours: 12-hour shifts between 9 AM – 9 PM
📆 Flexible Scheduling: 7 days/week
✅ Requirements
Must-Have:
🎓 MD or DO with Board Certification (EM, IM, FM)
💻 Comfortable with multiple EMRs
💬 Excellent communication & clinical decision-making
Two Years Experience
Nice-to-Have:
🗂️ Active license in NY, PA, or LA
🌐 Telehealth or home-based care experience
🤝 Background in value-based care
🖥️ Tech & Environment Expectations
🏡 Quiet, professional, HIPAA-compliant setting
📶 Reliable internet + quality webcam & mic
💡 Good lighting + professional appearance
📜 Licensing Support
We support multi-state licensing and will coordinate much of the process. You’ll need to respond promptly to licensing and credentialing requests (e.g., documentation, fingerprints, etc.).
💰 Compensation
💵 $50/hour base pay
