About the role

AgelessRx's Medical Director will play a pivotal role in the Clinical Operations vertical by leading the clinical strategy, ensuring high quality patient outcomes, and driving growth and efficiency. In your role as Medical Director, you will focus on improving clinical protocols and contributing to the development of innovative clinical programs to deliver optimal patient outcomes. Additionally, you will serve as the clinical authority and lead the team in protocol development, clinical escalation, and provider performance optimization.

What you'll do


Clinical Strategy & Innovation

Enhance existing clinical protocols using feedback from customers, pharmacies, the Medical team, and the Applied Science team. Develop, evaluate, and implement protocols for new programs (e.g., GLP-1, SGLT2, peptides, women's HRT, NAD+, biomarker optimization). Establish and manage partnerships with external organizations (e.g., DEXA, Prenuvo). Contribute to product and R&D roadmaps in collaboration with the CEO and cross-functional teams.

Clinical Leadership & Oversight

Inspire, motivate, and oversee clinicians, serving as the clinical authority for escalations, audits, and protocol implementation. Cultivate a growth-oriented culture among clinicians; oversee upskilling, mentoring, and performance feedback. Support the VP of Clinical Operations in designing an efficient, scalable team structure. Monitor compliance with legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards in collaboration with Compliance leadership. Act as the collaborating physician for NPs, overseeing audits and regulatory documentation.

Clinical Operations Optimization

Review and revise clinical SOPs and internal documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency. Analyze clinical and operational metrics (e.g., approval rate, AOV, cross-sell rate, benefit rate). Partner with the Med Team Lead and VP of Clinical Ops on hiring decisions, training, onboarding, and workload distribution. Monitor provider efficiency and turnaround times; ensure alignment with brand promise and patient satisfaction.

Patient Outcomes & Growth

Develop clinician training and scripts for upselling and cross-selling longevity solutions. Identify trends in patient care and collaborate with Applied Science to adjust protocols accordingly. Ensure quality and consistency in patient communications and clinical decision-making across the organization.

Who you are

Medical degree (MD or DO) with a valid medical license. Board certification in a relevant specialty (e.g., Internal Medicine, Family Medicine). Minimum of 8 years of clinical experience, including at least one leadership role Extensive knowledge of healthcare compliance, clinical operations, and regulatory standards. Experience in working in the Telehealth or Digital Health Space Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage complex operations and lead a multidisciplinary team. Experience/Working Knowledge of the Longevity Sciences Preferred
