Expected pay for this position is $205.06-$241.25/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a salaried position.

Overview

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Managing Medical director is responsible for monitoring and improving the level of care for patients. Medical directors are responsible for participant care, clinical outcomes, and the implementation and oversight of quality assessment, performance improvement, and performance management. Medical directors will work closely with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and other executive management teams to implement strategies that enhance patient care and improve medical practice.

Qualifications

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

Doctorate- Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine

Experience:

5 years' experience in clinical medicine 3 years' experience in clinical leadership

Licensure/ Certification:

Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state Other Skills/

Knowledge:

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
