The Senior Associate Director will work under the direction of senior Medical & Scientific Affairs staff to consistently develop highly credible clinical and scientific content for a full range of promotional medical education programs.
Responsibilities:
Support the creation of comprehensive, integrated, strategic promotional medical education campaigns for assigned therapeutic area(s). Be prepared to participate in discussions with clients, KOL’s, and internal team members regarding strategic planning and content development. Demonstrate comfort articulating tactical recommendations, as well as clinical and therapeutic information, for multiple clients and in multiple therapeutic categories.Requirements:
Must hold a PhD, MD or PharmD. 1-2 years of experience, preferably in Healthcare/Pharmaceutical Advertising, Medical Education or similar. Must have significant project and people management experience and be able to demonstrate a firm understanding of the medical education program life cycle from conception through implementation, specifically as it relates to clinical and therapeutic content. Experience in promotional medical education (advisory boards, KOL advocacy development and influence mapping, and speaker training, is desired.Please be cautious of unsolicited or fraudulent job offers.
