Clinical Leadership
Provide clinical oversight and supervision for provider teams including psychiatric nurse practitioners, coaches, social workers and therapists. Develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols Ensure adherence to clinical best practices, safety standards, and regulatory compliance Provide clinical supervision and mentorship for psychiatric nurse practitioners conducting case reviews and direct patient care Lead the clinical strategy and vision for women's reproductive mental health services Collaborate with executive leadership to expand service offerings and clinical programs Stay current with emerging research and integrate new findings into clinical practice Participate in product development and clinical innovation initiativesQuality Assurance & Compliance
Establish and maintain clinical quality metrics and outcome measures Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements, HIPAA, and other regulatory standards Oversee risk management protocols and patient safety initiatives Develop and maintain clinical documentation standardsTeam Leadership
