REQUIRED EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE
MD or DO degree is required.
CERTIFICATION, LICENSURE, And/or REGISTRATIONS
Board eligible is required.
Board certified and trained in Psychiatry is required within 5 years of start date.
North Dakota license required before start date.
DEA registrations will be required.
