Role Overview

Position: Lab Doctor (MD) – Contract, Remote
Commitment: 20-40 hours per week
Work with research teams to evaluate and refine AI systems using medical expertise.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with AI research teams to apply medical expertise.
Create diagnostic cases and scoring rubrics.
Evaluate AI systems in a structured environment.
Refine AI systems through stress-testing.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must-Have Qualifications

Practicing MD based in the U.S. or Canada with a degree from a top university.
2+ years of medical experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Exceptional attention to detail and analytical thinking.
Comfortable working in a fully remote and asynchronous environment.
Interest in advancing AI applications in medicine and healthcare.
