Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Psychiatrist/MD to join our team as a contracted Practice Leader. In this role, you will guide and oversee clinical operations, lead a team of healthcare professionals, and ensure the delivery of dementia-focused primary care. Key Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, diagnoses, and treatments for dementia and related cognitive disorders. Lead a team of clinicians, including psychiatrists, nurses, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. Develop and implement clinical best practices and care protocols to ensure high-quality, evidence-based care. Collaborate with senior living operators and other healthcare partners to enhance patient outcomes and care delivery. Oversee clinical operations, including resource allocation, compliance, and workflow optimization. Ensure adherence to the CMS-approved GUIDE program requirements and participate in program development and improvement. Act as a mentor and advisor to your team, driving professional development and excellence in care delivery. Contribute to strategic initiatives aimed at expanding our presence in dementia care and growing our partnerships with senior living facilities.

Qualifications

Medical Doctor (MD) with board certification in Psychiatry. Active, unrestricted medical license. Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role. Expertise in dementia care or geriatric psychiatry highly preferred. Proven success in telemedicine and electronic health record (EHR) platforms. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and best practices in psychiatric care. Ability to work remotely and manage a team across multiple locations.
