Overview:

We are seeking a Urology Subject-Matter Expert to support a high-impact academic evaluation project. In this role, you will review, validate, and refine graduate-level questions that assess AI model understanding in urological diseases, clinical procedures, diagnostic frameworks, and surgical/interventional decision-making. Your clinical expertise will ensure these assessments' accuracy, medical relevance, and educational rigor.

Question Review & Validation

Assess the clarity, correctness, and clinical relevance of questions covering:

Urological anatomy and physiology

Genitourinary disorders (e.g., BPH, urolithiasis, prostate cancer)

Diagnostic criteria (e.g., AUA/EAU guidelines)

Surgical indications and techniques (e.g., TURP, cystoscopy, nephrectomy)

Clinical pharmacology in urology

Scenario Evaluation

Review clinical case-based questions involving:

Patient history and examination

Imaging and laboratory interpretation (e.g., PSA, urinalysis)

Treatment planning and interventions (e.g., medical vs. surgical)

Postoperative care and complications

Evidence-Based Research

Cross-reference content with:

Current urology guidelines (e.g., AUA, EAU, NCCN)

Peer-reviewed literature

Standard urology textbooks (e.g., Campbell-Walsh-Wein)
