Key Responsibilities
- Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model reasoning in your domain.
- Develop annotation standards, evaluation frameworks, and high-rigor rubrics for clinical reasoning.
- Design challenging, domain-relevant tasks and write gold-standard solutions.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs, providing structured feedback to ensure medical accuracy.
- Collaborate with peers across disciplines to maintain consistency and depth in training data.
Requirements
- Based in the US
- MD or DO from a reputable institution
- 5+ years of post-training clinical practice in one of the listed frontier specialties (top-tier institution preferred)
