Mozibox was built around a shared belief in what physician careers can become.

As a practicing physician working at the intersection of medicine, systems, and strategy, I saw firsthand how difficult it was for doctors to explore leadership, nonclinical, executive, and emerging AI roles. The opportunities were real. The path was opaque. Discovery was fragmented. Decision-making was inefficient.

Physicians were navigating high-stakes career transitions using spreadsheets, scattered job boards, and word of mouth.

At the same time, my husband, a former Meta and TikTok software engineer with strong AI and machine learning expertise, was building large-scale intelligent systems in tech. We kept coming back to a simple question:

What if physician careers had the same level of intelligent infrastructure as the systems we build for everything else?

That gap felt solvable.
