How Rephana.ai accelerated customer discovery with CMIOs and clinical informatics leaders
The Challenge
Rephana.ai was building in the clinical decision support (CDS) space and needed feedback from physicians who understood how health systems evaluate, govern, and implement clinical decision support tools.
The team was looking for more than general physician input. They needed to speak with current and former CMIOs and other senior clinical informatics leaders who had firsthand experience with CDS governance, clinician workflows, alert fatigue, health system implementation, and emerging questions around AI-enabled decision support.
Finding this level of specialized physician expertise — while also getting perspectives across different types of health systems — can be difficult and time-consuming.
