ENT Physician (Otolaryngologist)

Key Responsibilities
  • Build a full-scope ENT practice
  • Provide general ENT care with flexibility to pursue subspecialty interests
  • Operate outpatient clinic on hospital campus with dedicated procedure room
  • Utilize regular OR block time
  • Work with established referral network from local and regional primary care providers, emergency medicine, and urgent care
  • Collaborate with experienced support staff and surgical team
  • Engage with on-site diagnostic imaging and laboratory services
  • Manage minimal call responsibilities, primarily consultative
Required
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Self-motivated and confident managing an independent practice
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Committed to providing high-quality, patient-centered care in a rural setting
  • Comfortable working closely with hospital administration, local providers, and community leaders

McPherson Center for Health, a CMS 5-star hospital, is actively seeking a board-certified or board-eligible ENT physician to join our medical team as the sole otolaryngologist in our hospital. This is a rewarding opportunity to build a full-scope ENT practice in a supportive, community-focused environment where your expertise is highly valued and greatly needed.

About The Opportunity

  • Full-time, hospital-employed position
  • General ENT practice with flexibility to pursue subspecialty interests
  • Outpatient clinic on hospital campus with dedicated procedure room and regular OR block time
  • Established referral network from local and regional primary care providers, emergency medicine, and urgent care
  • Immediate patient volume due to community need—no competing ENT in the county
  • Collaborative, experienced support staff and surgical team
  • On-site diagnostic imaging and laboratory services
  • Minimal call responsibilities (primarily consultative)
