- • Review and assess AI-generated medical responses, clinical reasoning, and care recommendations for accuracy, safety, and adherence to clinical best practices.
- • Create, structure, and validate training data—including clinical scenarios and case evaluations—across diverse healthcare domains.
- • Deliver expert feedback to continuously enhance AI performance in evidence-based medicine, patient communication, clinical diagnostics, and workflows.
- • Identify and correct inaccuracies, safety risks, and biases in AI model outputs, proposing actionable improvements.
- • Collaborate closely with cross-functional AI, research, and clinical teams to uphold the highest quality standards.
- • Ensure all content meets ethical, regulatory, and clinical guidelines, supporting responsible innovation in healthcare AI.
Required
- • Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the healthcare industry as a licensed provider or clinical expert.
- • Expertise in clinical decision-making, patient assessment, diagnostic reasoning, and evidence-based medical practice.
- • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, accurate documentation and case summaries.
- • Strong analytical and quality review skills to evaluate medical accuracy, identify errors, and provide detailed corrective guidance.
- • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced, AI-focused setting.
- • Broad healthcare backgrounds are encouraged: nurses (RN, BSN, MSN, NP, CNS), physicians (MD/DO), PAs, APPs, clinical pharmacists, radiologic technologists, imaging specialists, laboratory professionals, clinical researchers, public health specialists, therapists, and healthcare administrators with clinical backgrounds.
