Community Health Network
This Cardiac Electrophysiologist role involves performing Pacemaker and ICD implantation including bi-ventricular devices and complex ablation such as Atrial Fibrillation ablation. The physician will join a team of five EP cardiovascular specialists covering Community Hospitals South and East with support from Advanced Practice Providers and access to dedicated EP labs.
Key Responsibilities

- • Participate in approximately 1:7 EP call schedule
Required

- • Professional, cohesive, and a team player
- • Consistent and consecutive employment or training history
- • American Board of Cardiac Electrophysiology
- • Indiana medical license will be required
This Cardiac Electrophysiologist will be based at Community Hospital South & Community Heart and Vascular Hospital and will join Community Physician Network, a multispecialty group with over 1,300 providers in Central Indiana.
