Liberty Healthcare is a physician-owned organization with three decades of public health experience.
We are a Joint Commission Certified organization that is certified by CMS as a QIO-like Entity.
For quality assurance purposes and to ensure the people we serve receive high quality healthcare services, Liberty Healthcare maintains a panel of physician specialists who are called upon occasionally to conduct quality reviews of patient medical records and participate in other quality assurance related activities.
As Liberty Healthcare’s Allergy & Immunology consultant, you would apply your subject matter expertise on an as needed basis as requested by Liberty Healthcare.
This is a non-direct care role which does not involve patient care. Work hours are not guaranteed and can range between zero to ten quarterly.
You may accomplish this work remotely from your office or home on dates and at times that are convenient for you.
You will be paid a $500.00 retainer when you join Liberty Healthcare's physician panel and can expect to be paid for each hour of consulting services you provide at an hourly rate that is consistent with your usual hourly billing rate.
To qualify for this consulting role, you must have an active Indiana medical license and be Board Certified by the American Board of Allergy and Immunology.
Experience in peer review and quality assurance activities is helpful but not required.
