This role involves serving as a Physician Consultant to support the design, testing, and optimization of AI-powered ambient and voice-enabled clinical documentation tools. Physicians provide real-world workflow feedback to improve usability, accuracy, and EHR integration of next-generation healthcare AI products in a non-clinical, remote consulting capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide expert clinical insights to enhance ambient AI and voice-based documentation solutions
- • Participate in product testing, UX sessions, and workflow validation
- • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and UX teams
- • Review and advise on Epic EHR–integrated documentation workflows
- • Recommend improvements for AI-driven clinical extensions
Required
- • MD or DO, actively practicing physician
- • At least 50% of time spent seeing patients (ambulatory and/or inpatient)
- • Currently affiliated with a health system or multi-specialty practice (10+ specialties)
- • Hands-on experience with ambient documentation or voice-enabled tools (Nuance DAX, Suki, Dragon Medical, or similar)
- • Strong experience using Epic EHR (additional EHRs a plus)
- • Comfortable with collaboration tools (Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Office)
- • Ability to commit 13–20 hours per month

- • Physicians from Gastroenterology (high patient volume / procedural experience preferred)
- • Physicians from Ophthalmology (outpatient-focused)

We are seeking actively practicing physicians to serve as Physician Consultants supporting the design, testing, and optimization of AI-powered ambient and voice-enabled clinical documentation tools.
