Key Responsibilities
- • Provide comprehensive inpatient care during overnight hours, including admissions, consultations, and managing medical emergencies.
- • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including specialists, nursing staff, and ancillary services, to deliver high-quality care.
- • Ensure timely communication with patients, families, and referring physicians to facilitate care transitions.
- • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, patient safety measures, and hospital protocols.
- • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with medical records and billing standards.
- • Support the training and development of residents and medical students, as applicable.

Required
- • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO).
- • Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- • Active Texas Medical License or eligibility for licensure in Texas.
- • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
