About Black Forest MD

Black Forest MD is the clinical division of Black Forest Supplements, built to bridge evidence-based medicine with next-generation peptide and longevity protocols. Our mission is to deliver structured, ethical, and compliant peptide-based treatments under proper medical supervision—prioritizing patient safety, outcomes, and transparency.

We are launching a scalable peptide program and are looking for a licensed medical professional to oversee patient care, treatment protocols, and clinical decision-making.

The Role

You will serve as the medical authority for our peptide treatments—reviewing patient information, addressing concerns, and ensuring all protocols are clinically appropriate and compliant with U.S. medical standards.

This is not a content-only or advisory role. You will be actively involved in patient oversight and clinical governance, while working closely with operations, customer support, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

🩺 Clinical Oversight

• Review patient intake forms, medical histories, and contraindications
• Approve, adjust, or deny peptide protocols based on clinical judgment
• Ensure treatments follow evidence-based and ethical medical practices

📋 Protocol Management

• Oversee peptide treatment frameworks (e.g., recovery, longevity, metabolic, performance-focused protocols)
• Flag risk factors, interactions, or red flags
• Help refine and standardize treatment guidelines as the program scales

💬 Patient & Team Support

• Address escalated patient questions or concerns related to peptide use
• Support internal teams (customer support, ops) with medical guidance
• Provide clarity on side effects, expectations, and safety boundaries

⚖️ Compliance & Governance

• Ensure all practices align with state and federal regulations
• Help define what can and cannot be communicated medically
• Act as the final medical sign-off authority for peptide treatments

Qualifications

• Ability to practice remotely under applicable state laws
• Excellent clinical judgment and risk assessment skills

Required

Active U.S. license as:

• Nurse Practitioner (NP), or
• Medical Doctor (MD/DO)

Strong understanding of:

• Hormone optimization, peptides, longevity, or functional medicine

Preferred

• Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable helping build systems from scratch

Experience with:

• Peptide therapies
• Anti-aging, regenerative, or functional medicine clinics
• Telehealth or remote patient oversight
