The role involves serving as the medical authority for peptide treatments, overseeing patient care, treatment protocols, and clinical decision-making. The position requires active involvement in patient oversight, clinical governance, and collaboration with operations, customer support, and leadership to ensure treatments are clinically appropriate and compliant with U.S. medical standards.
Key Responsibilities
- • Review patient intake forms, medical histories, and contraindications
- • Approve, adjust, or deny peptide protocols based on clinical judgment
- • Ensure treatments follow evidence-based and ethical medical practices
- • Oversee peptide treatment frameworks (e.g., recovery, longevity, metabolic, performance-focused protocols)
- • Flag risk factors, interactions, or red flags
- • Help refine and standardize treatment guidelines as the program scales
- • Address escalated patient questions or concerns related to peptide use
- • Support internal teams (customer support, ops) with medical guidance
- • Provide clarity on side effects, expectations, and safety boundaries
- • Ensure all practices align with state and federal regulations
- • Help define what can and cannot be communicated medically
- • Act as the final medical sign-off authority for peptide treatments
Required
- • Ability to practice remotely under applicable state laws
- • Excellent clinical judgment and risk assessment skills
- • Active U.S. license as Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Medical Doctor (MD/DO)
- • Strong understanding of hormone optimization, peptides, longevity, or functional medicine
Preferred
- • Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable helping build systems from scratch
- • Experience with peptide therapies
- • Experience with anti-aging, regenerative, or functional medicine clinics
- • Experience with telehealth or remote patient oversight

We are launching a scalable peptide program and are looking for a licensed medical professional to oversee patient care, treatment protocols, and clinical decision-making.
The Role
You will serve as the medical authority for our peptide treatments—reviewing patient information, addressing concerns, and ensuring all protocols are clinically appropriate and compliant with U.S. medical standards.
This is not a content-only or advisory role. You will be actively involved in patient oversight and clinical governance, while working closely with operations, customer support, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities
🩺 Clinical Oversight
