Key Responsibilities
- • Perform a broad range of surgical and non-surgical cosmetic procedures with excellence and precision.
- • Conduct patient consultations to understand goals, provide expert recommendations, and build customized treatment plans.
- • Ensure the highest standard of patient care, safety, and satisfaction across all phases of treatment.
- • Collaborate with clinical staff and Adoreal's support team to enhance the patient experience and practice performance.
- • Maintain current knowledge of industry best practices, new technologies, and emerging surgical techniques.
- • Uphold the clinic's reputation and represent the clinic's values of excellence, transparency, and innovation.
Required
- • Board Certification in Plastic Surgery.
- • Active and unrestricted U.S. medical license (or ability to obtain in Florida).
- • Demonstrated experience with cosmetic surgical procedures.
- • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build patient trust and long-term relationships.
- • Willingness and ability to live and work or relocate to Naples, FL area.
