Primary Care Internal Medicine Physician - Andover
Join a thriving primary care practice with multiple on-site specialties and an experienced staff. Manage an average of 18-22 patient encounters per day with 34 patient contact hours per week and a low intensity call frequency supported by nurse triage.
Key Responsibilities
- • Manage patient encounters averaging 18-22 patients per day
- • Provide primary care services within a 14 provider practice with more than 7 specialists onsite
- • Participate in call rotation with a frequency of 1:20, phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage
Required
- • Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency training program
- • BC/BE with the ABMS or AOA
- • Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice
- • Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota
- • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges if applicable

- Openings: .8 to 1.0 FTE (Full Time) - Flexible schedule.
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
