Join a 13-provider primary care practice with over 12 specialists onsite, managing an average of 18-22 patient encounters per day and 34 patient contact hours per week. Physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach within a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO) and work with a fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).
Key Responsibilities
- • Manage clinical care using a multidisciplinary team approach.
- • See an average of 18-22 patients per day.
- • Provide care within a primary care practice setting with onsite specialists and support services.
- • Participate in call approximately once per month via phone consultation with first tier nurse triage.
Required
- • Graduate of an accredited ACGME/AOA Internal Medicine residency training program.
- • BC/BE with the ABMS or AOA.
- • Licensed or ability to obtain licensure through the Minnesota Board of Medical Practice.
- • Ability to obtain and/or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota.
- • Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges if applicable.

Practice Details
- 13 provider primary care practice with more than 12 specialists onsite.
- Patient encounters average 18-22 patients per day.
- 34 patient contact hours per week.
- Call Frequency: approximately 1 per month - phone consultation only with first tier nurse triage.
- Openings: 1.0 FTE (Full Time) or less - Flexible schedule.
- As a Pioneer Accountable Care Organization (ACO), our physicians use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care.
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC).

The posted pay range is for a 1.0 FTE. The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions. Additionally, our organization values pay equity and considers the internal equity of our team when making any offer. Positions with the same min/max are flat rate jobs based on 1.0FTE schedule. Compensation plans based on production can allow for higher pay than the range posted.
