Hospitalist Physician
The Hospitalist Service provides 36 hours of Physician coverage and 2 hours of APP coverage, supported by a 6 Physician/4 APP provider hospitalist team using Cerner EMR. Overnight APP coverage is provided with remote Physician support, ensuring continuous patient care.

- 12-hour shifts with the option to move to 8-hour shifts or add APP support depending on volumes
- Trauma Designation: Level IV
- Accredited Chest Pain Center and designated Baptist Health System Brain/Stroke Center
- Qualifications: BC/BE in emergency medicine preferred
- Documentation: Cerner FirstNet
