Anesthesiologist Physician 4307
Join an established group of anesthesiologists and CRNAs providing medical direction with opportunities for solo work. The role involves managing a full spectrum case mix with a diverse patient population, prioritizing patient safety and quality, and includes teaching opportunities for SRNAs, medical students, and residents.
Key Responsibilities
- • Join an established group of ~ 13 physicians and 25 CRNA’s
- • Predominant model is medical direction
- • Opportunity for solo work
- • Patient safety and quality are top priorities with meaningful staffing ratios of 1:2/1:3
- • Full spectrum case mix and diverse patient population
- • EMR-EPIC
- • Call generally 3-4 per month with post call day off
- • Nocturnist support to help reduce number of overnight shifts
- • Opportunity to teach SRNA’s, medical students & medicine and surgery residents
- • Group Employed Model
Required
- • MD, DO or MBBS
- • Board Eligible or Board Certified
- • NYS Licensure
- • BLS/ACLS/PALS Certification Required
- • DEA Required

- Salary $600K. This compensation represents Bassett Healthcare’s good faith belief of the compensation at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standard
- Residency stipend up to $60,000 available up to 18 months prior to graduation. If applicable, candidate must be permitted to receive the stipend under U.S. immigration laws
- Sign-On Bonus up to $200K
