SSM Health is seeking a Physician to join our steadily growing Primary Care team at Kisker Road. This is an excellent opportunity to step into an existing patient panel within a highly supportive, collaborative clinical environment.
Our practice currently consists of 5 physicians and 4 APPs, with anticipated growth as the department prepares for future retirements. With more than 9,000 distinct patients and over 3,400 Medicare lives, the clinic continues to see strong demand.
Position Details
- FTE: 1.0
- Days: Monday-Friday
- Outpatient Only: 100%
- Scheduling Flow:
- Start: 40-minute appointments for all visit types
- Progress to: 40-minute new / 20-minute follow-up
- Ultimately: 30-minute new/AWV/hospital follow-up and 15-minute acute visits
- Call Schedule:
- Weekdays: Physicians take their own call
- Weekends/Holidays: Rotated1 weekend every 5 weeks
- Call volume is minimal due to the RN triage team support
