OB/GYN Physician in Galesburg, IL
This role involves providing obstetrics and gynecology care within a growing team, including opportunities for weekly outreach to smaller rural communities to expand practice. The position includes managing approximately 650 deliveries per year, utilizing robotic surgery and AI technology for note writing, and working alongside embedded services such as ultrasonographers, social work, and behavioral health.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide obstetrics and gynecology care as part of a team including 2 OB/Gyn Physicians, 4 FM/OB Physicians, and 2 CNM
- • Participate in weekly outreach to smaller rural communities to grow practice
- • Manage approximately 650 deliveries per year
- • Utilize robotic surgery onsite
- • Use AI technology for note writing
- • Collaborate with embedded services such as ultrasonographers, social work, and behavioral health
Required
- • Education: Doctorate
- • Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state
- • Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies)
- • Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges
- • Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs
- • Meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage
- • Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable

- Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $437,000-$500,000.
- Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
