Urology Physician - Bloomington, IL
This full-time general urologist role involves managing a high-volume practice with approximately 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient consultations. The position offers opportunities to utilize state-of-the-art robotic surgical technology for minimally invasive procedures, supporting both inpatient and outpatient care.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide general urology care with surgical expertise
- • Manage a caseload consisting of approximately 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient consultations
- • Utilize state-of-the-art robotic surgical technology for minimally invasive procedures
- • Support both inpatient and outpatient opportunities in the practice
Required
- • Physician Licensed to practice medicine in current state.
- • Licensed by the Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and the State of Illinois to prescribe narcotics, if applicable.
- • Board certified or board eligible in the appropriate specialty(ies). Obtain and maintain medical staff membership and appropriate privileges.
- • Must be eligible as a provider for Medicare, Medicaid, and other federal health programs.
- • Physician shall meet all qualifications to participate in OSF's programs for professional malpractice and other liability coverage.

- The ambulatory clinic is conveniently located just a short distance from OSF St. Joseph Medical Center, offering a strong mix of inpatient and outpatient opportunities to support a thriving practice.
- This is a full-time position ideal for a general urologist with surgical expertise and a strong focus on patient care. A motivated physician can quickly build a high-volume practice.
- The caseload consists of approximately 90% outpatient and 10% inpatient consultations.
- Our facility is equipped with state-of-the-art robotic surgical technology, offering advanced capabilities for minimally invasive procedures and enhanced patient outcomes.
- Supports H-1B visa candidates
- EPIC electronic medical record (EMR) system is utilized across the health system.

- Full time, clinical base salary pay range for this position: $678,000-$714,000
- Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement.
