Key Responsibilities
- • Engage patients in time-boxed active interventions, typically lasting 3-6 months, with a maximum follow-up period of 6-9 months
- • Work as an integrative psychiatrist with a multidisciplinary team of therapists, nutritionists, psychiatrists, and nurse practitioners
- • Manage a focused caseload, delivering high-quality psychiatric care
- • Participate in the creation and refinement of an evidence-based precision psychiatry intervention, leveraging technology and data-driven insights
- • Work closely with clinical, technology, marketing, and operations teams to help develop and implement a unique, programmatic approach to integrative psychiatry
Required
- • Active and unrestricted MD license
- • Board Certification in Psychiatry
- • 3yrs post residency proven experience and training in integrative mental health approaches
- • Working knowledge of nutritional psychiatry, supplements, and dietary interventions
- • Demonstrated experience collaborating with nutritionists, therapists, and nurse practitioners
- • A strong desire to revolutionize mental healthcare delivery
- • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and stakeholders

- Medical Degree (MD) and Medical License: Active and unrestricted MD license. Washington State Licensure Preferred
- Board Certification in Psychiatry: Required
- Expertise in Integrative Psychiatry: 3yrs post residency proven experience and training in integrative mental health approaches
