The University of Southern California (USC) Keck School of Medicine Department of Medicine is immediately seeking a full-time/part-time BE/BC Nephrologist faculty member to join the Division of Nephrology and Hypertension. The USC Health Science Campus includes three hospitals (approximately 1100 beds) and five medical office buildings (an additional five nearby satellite locations), as well as an outpatient surgical center, acute rehabilitation unit and dialysis facilities. Our multi-specialty practice creates an ideal opportunity for faculty growth and collaboration with colleagues. Responsibilities of the successful candidate will include: 1) serving as a nephrology attending on inpatient consultation services and outpatient nephrology clinics and dialysis units; 2) fellow, resident and medical student teaching in didactic, ambulatory and inpatient hospital settings; and 3) involvement in research activities in the Division. Academic rank will be commensurate with experience. Candidates who already have an active California medical license are preferred. The USC Department of Medicine offers competitive compensation, a generous benefit package and reasonable call responsibilities.
The annual base salary range for this position is $230,000-$250,000.
