Key Responsibilities
- • Provide outpatient primary care with a focus on women’s health (no OB)
- • Engage in patient-centered care supported by Ambient AI to streamline clinical documentation
- • Participate in optional teaching with a faculty appointment
- • Manage phone call duties averaging 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months
Required
- • Unrestricted State of Connecticut medical license (or eligible)
- • BC/BE Internal or Family Medicine
Preferred
- • Women’s Health Residency Track or Women’s Health/Primary Care Fellowship
- • Strong training and interest in Primary Care/Women’s Health

Primary Care Position Details
- Role: Primary Care Physician with a Women’s Health Focus (no OB)
- Location: Southington, CT
- Setting: 100%, office-based, outpatient Primary Care
- Schedule: Full-time, weekdays only
- Teaching: Optional with faculty appointment
- Phone Call Only: averages only 2 call weekends per year and 1-weeknight ~ 2 months
