The role involves joining a large team of sub-specialized neurologists with a focus on Neuromuscular Medicine, providing care in an established office with inpatient support and access to in-office EMG equipment. The position offers immediate patient volume, weekly MDA Clinic involvement, research opportunities, and mentorship from experienced neurologists.
Key Responsibilities
- • Join a large collegial team of diversely sub-specialized board certified neurologists, including 2 Neuromuscular Neurologists.
- • Provide inpatient support with assistance from two Neurohospitalists and two Advanced Practice Providers.
- • Manage a Neuromuscular Medicine practice with immediate patient volume due to retirement of a previous neurologist.
- • Utilize in-office EMG equipment with experienced technician support.
- • Participate in the weekly MDA Clinic in St. Petersburg.
- • Engage in available research opportunities.
- • Leverage a strong referral base with unlimited potential for growth and success.
- • Receive support and mentorship from an experienced team of neurologists.
Required
- • Board Certification or Eligibility by The American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, Electrodiagnostic Medicine and Neuromuscular Medicine.
- • Ability to obtain/maintain a Florida medical license.
