Hospice Medicine Physician

Evaluates and treats patients in accordance with LVHN Medical staff by-laws and applicable policies. Coordinates patient care efficiently and effectively with LVHN representatives and staff members. Supervises Advanced Practice Clinicians, physicians, residents, fellows and medical students, when needed.

  • Utilizes LVHN resources efficiently and effectively, including EMR technology, while ensuring timely, appropriate, and quality medical documentation.

Coordinates patient care efficiently and effectively with LVHN representatives and staff members. Supervises Advanced Practice Clinicians, physicians, residents, fellows and medical students, when needed. Collaborates with colleagues to fulfill the missions of LVHN.

Physical Demands

Depending on role and specialty as well as condition of the patient, this may vary and include light energy levels of lifting or carrying 25 lbs. through high energy which would include lifting 50 lbs., pushing and pulling and carrying items short distances.
