The Infectious Disease physician will provide hybrid inpatient and outpatient care, maintaining continuity by following their own patients across settings. The role includes participation in a multidisciplinary team with dedicated wound care, pharmacists, nutritionist, and mental health counselor, and involvement in outpatient services such as Ryan White clinic, travel medicine, and outpatient consultations.
Key Responsibilities
- • Hybrid inpatient & outpatient position with half day clinics
- • Providers maintain continuity of care by following their own patients in both the inpatient and outpatient settings
- • Work with dedicated inpatient and outpatient wound care team, infectious disease pharmacists, nutritionist, and mental health counselor embedded into the program
- • Provide outpatient services including Ryan White clinic, travel medicine, outpatient consultations, and primary care for Ryan White patients
- • Participate in 1:5 weekday and weekend call, split evenly amongst the providers
