Trauma Medical Director

This role involves performing emergency surgical procedures for trauma patients and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans. The position includes participation in trauma call rotation and providing pre-operative and post-operative care, with opportunities to build an elective practice.

Extant Healthcare is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Trauma Medical Director  to join our expanding surgical team at Common Spirit Holy Cross Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity for a surgeon who enjoys a mix of trauma and general surgery, prefers home call (24-hour), and thrives in a community hospital setting with strong APP support. There is ample opportunity to build an elective practice as well.
