Join an interdisciplinary Palliative Care team consisting of Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Inpatient Palliative Medicine Consultants, and Chaplains. The team manages goals of care and symptom management for a wide variety of patients and consults from the ICU, medicine floors, surgical teams, and the ED, with an outpatient clinic available.
Key Responsibilities
- • Work in an interdisciplinary team including Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Registered Nurses, Social Workers, Inpatient Palliative Medicine Consultants, and Chaplains
- • Partner on the goals of care and symptom management for a wide variety of patients and consults from the ICU, medicine floors, surgical teams as well as the ED
- • Participate in the Outpatient Palliative Medicine Clinic
