The Vascular Neurologist will practice at the Center for Neurosciences, providing comprehensive care for complex neurological disorders including coverage at East Central Florida's only Trauma Center with 24/7 neurosurgery coverage and a Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center. The role involves collaboration with interventional neuroradiologists, radiation oncologists, and neurorehabilitation specialists to deliver high-quality clinical care.
Key Responsibilities
- • Provide comprehensive care for complex neurological disorders
- • Practice at the Center for Neurosciences with 24/7 neurosurgery coverage
- • Collaborate with interventional neuroradiologists and radiation oncologists for stereotactic radiosurgery treatment
- • Work within an inpatient neurorehabilitation center
- • Support the Thrombectomy-Capable Stroke Center
Required
- • Licensed to practice medicine in accordance with Chapter 458, Florida Statutes plus four years of appropriate experience
- • Completion of a residency program may substitute for the required experience
- • Federal DEA Certification
