The Transition to Trinity Workshop is a three-day experiential learning program designed for candidates pursuing advanced degrees in life sciences. Participants engage in a real-life project simulation to experience the typical day of a life science strategy Consultant, focusing on consulting engagement processes and professional development.
Key Responsibilities
- • Engage with Trinity Consultants on a real-life project simulation that demonstrates how a consulting engagement runs from beginning to end
- • Interact with all levels of staff from Associate Consultants to Partners
- • Experience Trinity culture first-hand through project teams
- • Learn about the work that Consultants do and the impact they make
- • Practice and grow secondary and primary research, presentation skills, teamwork, analytical skills, and revenue forecasting
Required
- • Pursuing an MD, PhD, PharmD or post-doc in the life sciences
- • Pursuing a degree with expected completion no later than 2027
- • Strong interest and/or background in life sciences in the context of business strategy
- • Ability to attend all three days of the workshop in their entirety
- • Legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship

Trinity is seeking candidates pursuing an MD, PhD, PharmD or post-doc in the life sciences to join our Transition to Trinity Workshop. Participant Requirements
- Pursuing a degree with expected completion no later than 2027
- Strong interest and/or background in life sciences in the context of business strategy
- Ability to attend all three days of the workshop in their entirety
- Applicants for this position must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship. Unfortunately, we are unable to consider candidates requiring sponsorship for visas, including but not limited to TN, H1-B, F-1, and STEM OPT.
Interview Process
Candidates selected for an interview will be contacted directly within one week of the application deadline. Interviews will consist of two rounds – a recorded video interview, and one 45-minute Microsoft Teams video interview that will include both case and behavioral components with a member of our Client Services team.
T2T is first and foremost an experiential learning program. However, Trinity does take the opportunity to evaluate candidates for full-time positions. Should there be a business need, the TA team will reach out directly to the candidate.
