This role involves establishing and leading the Global Medical Affairs Omnichannel Center of Excellence to transform digital and omnichannel capabilities within Medical Affairs. The leader will develop innovative strategies, leverage advanced technologies including AI, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize engagement with healthcare professionals and patients.
Key Responsibilities
- • Establish and lead the Global Medical Affairs Omnichannel Center of Excellence, creating and implementing a strategic vision and roadmap for digital and omnichannel capabilities and initiatives.
- • Drive the digital and omnichannel transformation across Medical Affairs, ensuring broad adoption and successful implementation globally.
- • Elevate HCP and patient engagement through innovative digital and omnichannel strategies and an optimized channel mix that maximizes the quality, relevance, and impact of our medical interactions.
- • Improve the effectiveness and customer experience of internal BeOne channels, including the BeOne Medical Affairs website and social media platforms.
- • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align and refine digital and omnichannel strategies across the enterprise.
- • Oversee the creation of scientifically accurate and engaging content for digital channels, ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal standards.
- • Identify and apply emerging technologies, including AI, to create impactful content and deepen HCP and patient engagement.
- • Partner with the Digital Strategy and Enablement Team to assess the effectiveness of digital and omnichannel initiatives, using data analytics and social listening to inform continuous improvement.
Required
- • MD, Ph.D., Pharm.D. with 6 + years or an MS with 8 + years of experience in Medical Affairs within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
- • Experience in leading and mentoring Medical Affairs teams in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
- • Expertise in developing Medical Affairs disease state and product strategies, with a preference for oncology experience.
- • Demonstrated success in launching digital and omnichannel capabilities within a Medical Affairs organization with proven ability to transition from multi-channel to omnichannel capabilities.
- • Proficient in leveraging insights, therapeutic and product knowledge, and customer data to enhance HCP and patient engagement and evaluate the effectiveness of digital and omnichannel initiatives.
- • Strong ability to interpret and communicate complex scientific and medical information clearly to diverse audiences.
- • Capable of managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and successful outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
- • Comprehensive understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape governing scientific communications and digital engagement in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology sectors.

We are seeking an experienced and visionary leader to establish and oversee our Global Medical Affairs Omnichannel Center of Excellence (CoE). In this pivotal role, you will transform our digital and omnichannel capabilities within the Medical Affairs function.
